Using a simple prompt or question. can help.

Our minds always respond to questions and this is such an easy way to initiate personal growth and self-improvement.

Here are a couple I use for myself-

“How hard was I on myself or others this week?”

“Did I judge myself or others?”

Doing a personal weekly check in can BE a timely help for those of us who have self-improvement goals.

These personal check ins are useful to promote more self-awareness. 

EXAMPLE: 

Ask yourself- “A moment that I really appreciated today was…” fill in the blank

This could read, “A moment I really appreciated today was when I spoke with Robert about his success in his work. It both acknowledged him and celebrated our common goals.”

So what would you write to complete that sentence?
